Buying a car has honestly never been one of my favorite experiences. Like a lot of people, I've always walked into dealerships expecting to be pressured into making a decision before I was ready. This weekend I stopped by Cheap Chevrolet because I know I'll be in the market for a vehicle soon. I wasn't there to buy that day—I was there to learn. A friend of mine, Emily, and her husband Ron, both spoke incredibly highly of Joe, and now I completely understand why. Joe spent several hours with me answering questions, walking through different options, and helping me narrow down what would actually fit my needs and budget. He never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he took the time to educate me so I could make the best decision when the timing is right. One thing that really stood out to me was watching how many people knew Joe by name. Customers would stop to say hello, people sought him out, and it was obvious he has built a reputation over many years by treating people well. You simply can't fake that kind of trust. What impressed me most wasn't his knowledge (although he clearly knows his vehicles). It was his integrity. I walked away feeling like I had someone in my corner instead of someone trying to make a sale. It's been a while since I've purchased a vehicle, and I want my next purchase to be a great experience—not just a transaction. After spending time with Joe, I have no doubt that's exactly what it will be. When I'm ready to pull the trigger, I already know where I'm going. Thank you, Joe. Bought my first car from Cheaps in Flemingsburg yesterday, after a few days of texting back and forth over the weekend. The staff was amazing. My sales guy Tyler was on vacation and came in on his day off to help get me in a brand new car. I’ve bought off other dealerships before but Cheaps will be my go to from now on.

Cheap’s Chevrolet was fantastic to work with. We drove all the way from Pennsylvania! Bryna was extremely friendly, professional and not a “typical” (pushy) salesperson.

Austin made buying a truck super easy! My husband found one of their trucks online, filled out the info for the dealership to contact him over the weekend. Monday, Austin called him and went through everything. Austin even took it for a test drive and sent my husband videos. We drove 5 hours to buy the truck. When we got down there they had everything ready. Process was super easy. Their team had everything ready and waiting for us. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend.

My son they just bought a car 10 days ago pretty new car and the alternator went out on it and his wife drove it to the dealership yesterday with the new baby that about 6 months old 6 7 months old and they told her there's no rental cars and jumped it and sent her back out on the highway with a young baby to break down along side of the road then when my son calls and goes over there they tell him oh we've got a rental car we can put you in it and they told him yesterday that they would take care of it and everything be took care of well today they call him and tell him that they took care of the tow and took care of the rental which the rental was theirs and he picked the rental up today and dropped it back off today and then they told him to well yI ou got to pay the bill was a thousand dollars on it all you got to pay $300 he was told by Todd yesterday that it would be took care of and today he ask for it in writing and they refused and now they called and told him that he was going to owe $300 it was $1,000 and they're going to cover $700 of it we've only had the rental car is going to have for like 6 hours today and so they said that was a fee and all that they told him yesterday all that was covered they said they cover the towel which is good and I did but they're making him pay for all the parts and stuff and you know that this is why car lots are going out anymore and getting bad reputations cuz it's happening all over the world and it's pitiful in now when you can't buy something and know for sure that everything you know it's going to be all right and you going to be done what you're told cuz this is this is all backwards and not a very good place to shop for a car I'll just tell you would you buy it then you're stuck I don't care if it's the same next day something happens to it you're going to pay something out of your pocket
