My son they just bought a car 10 days ago pretty new car and the alternator went out on it and his wife drove it to the dealership yesterday with the new baby that about 6 months old 6 7 months old and they told her there's no rental cars and jumped it and sent her back out on the highway with a young baby to break down along side of the road then when my son calls and goes over there they tell him oh we've got a rental car we can put you in it and they told him yesterday that they would take care of it and everything be took care of well today they call him and tell him that they took care of the tow and took care of the rental which the rental was theirs and he picked the rental up today and dropped it back off today and then they told him to well yI ou got to pay the bill was a thousand dollars on it all you got to pay $300 he was told by Todd yesterday that it would be took care of and today he ask for it in writing and they refused and now they called and told him that he was going to owe $300 it was $1,000 and they're going to cover $700 of it we've only had the rental car is going to have for like 6 hours today and so they said that was a fee and all that they told him yesterday all that was covered they said they cover the towel which is good and I did but they're making him pay for all the parts and stuff and you know that this is why car lots are going out anymore and getting bad reputations cuz it's happening all over the world and it's pitiful in now when you can't buy something and know for sure that everything you know it's going to be all right and you going to be done what you're told cuz this is this is all backwards and not a very good place to shop for a car I'll just tell you would you buy it then you're stuck I don't care if it's the same next day something happens to it you're going to pay something out of your pocket

The people I worked with was very helpful and understanding, we didn't make no deal yet but it was 100% my fault.i had trouble with financing.

Worst dealership in Kentucky!!!! Service dept. is an absolute joke. First question they ask- "Did you buy the vehicle here?" If not you get treated really disrespectful. When your vehicle is not able to be driven you are not going to get a vehicle to drive. Even if warranty pays for a loaner. They continually ask "Did you buy your vehicle here?" GM pays them to perform warranty repairs to all GM vehicle regardless of where the vehicle was purchased. Their service writers are beyond rude and condescending when they speak with you. Cheap's sure tarnishes GM and their products. The entire dealership could needs to redefine the meaning of "customer service".

I placed a deposit for the order of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette in the amount of $2500 on 1/6/21 with Cheap Chevrolet. This deposit was placed on the pretense that my order would placed for their February allocation of corvettes. This is now not the case and I was told my order would not be placed in February and I have no evidence to support that my order will ever be placed. Cheap Chevrolet will not offer a refund for the deposit I placed for the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette.
